Welcome To The World Of Halal

World of Halal is a new professional trade fair to serve the needs of the halal industry – providing a business platform for trade, networking and education.

It is held in conjunction with the number 1 general food and beverage trade fair in Asia, THAIFEX – World of Food Asia. The 7th edition in 2010 attracted 21,401 people from over 101 countries.

The trade fair covers various aspects of the industry including:

• food technology & catering.

Halal goes beyond food and beverage products. It is an Arabic term designating any object or action which is permissible according to the Islamic law, covering many aspects of a Muslim’s lifestyle. There is also a growing interest in halal products from non-Muslims who view halal products as safer and produced with greater integrity.
