The only difference between organic and Halal is that while organic foods (Wikipedia) are produced using methods which do not involve synthetic inputs and are therefore healthier, more ethical towards animal and ecological systems and often more pricey than 'normal' food, Halal goes that much further by spiritually and socially approving it in the name of God.

Zabiha meat, that is, Islamically slaughtered meat, is also an ingredient for organic eating.
